Masters on the Grid is a long-form interview show hosted by Rob Davis — a 63-year-old competitor in the 60–64 Open division, actively training for HYROX Dallas 2026. The guests are the show. We're looking for masters HYROX athletes with a story worth an hour of someone's full attention. This form takes about five minutes. Answer honestly — the open questions are where the real conversation starts.

By submitting this application and, if selected, appearing on Masters on the Grid, you agree to the following terms. A full guest release agreement will be sent for your signature before any recording takes place.

  • Content ownership. Masters on the Grid, LLC owns all rights to the recorded interview and any content produced from it. This includes the right to publish, distribute, edit, excerpt, promote, and republish across all platforms and formats, including formats not yet in existence.
  • No compensation. Appearance on the show is unpaid. There is no fee, revenue share, royalty, or any other form of financial compensation for guests.
  • Editorial control. Masters on the Grid reserves the sole right to edit, excerpt, or decline to publish any interview at its discretion. Guests do not have approval rights over the final content.
  • Likeness and name. You grant Masters on the Grid, LLC the right to use your name, image, voice, likeness, and biographical information for promotional and editorial purposes related to the show.
  • Your statements. You confirm that your statements are your own opinions and personal experiences, and that you are not disclosing confidential information belonging to any third party.
  • No guarantee of publication. Submitting an application or completing a recording does not guarantee that the content will be published.
